Brad Keselowski held off a last lap challenge from Ricky Stenhouse, Jr. to win his fifth Nationwide Series race of the season in Saturday's Ford 300 at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
"You couldn’t ask for a better way to end the season,” said Keselowski. "It’s a great exclamation point to the season for the whole team.”
Stenhouse only needed to finish 37th or better to claim his first NASCAR Nationwide Series championship and the Olive Branch, Mississippi native secured the 2011 title with a second place effort.
“This is a dream come true,” Stenhouse said.
Roush Racing took home two championships as Carl Edwards clinched the owners' championship after leading the most laps and finishing third.
Clint Bowyer, Denny Hamlin, Elliott Sadler, Sam Hornish, Jr., Aric Almirola, Brian Scott and Aric Almirola rounded out the top 10.
Timmy Hill finished 21st and captured 2011 Nationwide Rookie of the Year honors.
