In his second full season on the circuit Ricky Stenhouse, Jr. captured the NASCAR Nationwide Series championship after winning two races and collecting 16 top five finishes in 2011.
Stenhouse, the first series regular to win the title since 2005, credits the constant challenges presented by team owner Jack Roush for his growth in the sport.
"He's been doing it a long time," Stenhouse said of Roush. "He's got his ways of doing things and you just gotta look at the positives from it. I think that was one of the biggest things I learned."
Roush knows a good driver when he sees one and his expertise has paid off big dividends with Stenhouse.
Stenhouse, Roush and Carl Edwards share their thoughts in this video interview.
