Exclusively for Xbox 360, the new World of Outlaws: Sprint cars video game allows hardcore race fans to challenge the best on dirt at some of the most famous race tracks.
Take on 20-time champion Steve Kinser at Eldora Speedway. Duel with Donny Schatz at Williams Grove Speedway. Challenge Joey Saldana at Knoxville Raceway and battle with Jason Meyers at the Dirt Track at Charlotte.
The game features 24-car main events which is a first for any Sprint Car game. In addition to the life-like race track scenarios, which includes the type of dirt at the track and banking, hardcore race fans can earn points and purses while running a full 40-race schedule with multiple players. Track conditions change throughout the race so players can even adjust their car set up.
“Dirt Racing fans have been asking for this game and now a completely new World of Outlaws Sprint Car game brings the racing action to everyone,” Peter Armstrong, Director of Product Development for THQ Kids, Family and Casual Games, said. “We built the game from the ground up to give everyone a chance to get behind the wheel of a Sprint Car.” The game will begin to be shipped to stores on February 9th just two days after the season opening weekend at Volusia Speedway Park in Florida.
