World Of Outlaws Prepare For 7 Race Stretch

joey-saldanaThe drivers and teams competing in the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series are busy preparing for a string of seven races that will take them to five tracks in four states over the course of 23 days.

 

The action begins Friday, February 26 with the Second Annual Las Vegas Super Sprint Classic at The Dirt Track at Las Vegas Motor Speedway then continues on to the always exciting Thunderbowl Raceway in Tulare, California for two big days of racing on Friday, March 5 and Saturday, March 6.

 

The Texas Two-Step Weekend begins at the Lone Star Speedway in Kilgore, Texas on Friday, March 12 and moves on to Houston Raceway Park for the Saturday show set for March 13.

 

The 23-day, seven race stretch will conclude at the ultra fast high-banked Volunteer Speedway in Bulls Gap, Tennessee with a two-day event set for March 19-20. The Volunteer Speedway is located near the Bristol Motor Speedway, which will host the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series as well as the Nationwide Series that same weekend. Kasey Kahne Racing driver Joey Saldana won the World of Outlaws inaugural event at the popular Tennessee dirt track in 2007.

 

Hardcore race fans are encouraged to make plans now to catch the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series during the 2010 season.
