Oklahoma driver Shane Stewart picked up $12,000 Wednesday night at Knoxville Raceway in Iowa, winning the opening night A-Main of the 50th Annual Knoxville Nationals.
Stewart started sixth in the 25-lap contest, taking the lead on lap 20 to stay out front the final five circuits for his second victory at the famed 1/2-mile in a week. Stewart won the 360 Nationals last weekend. Craig Dollansky finished second with Chad Kemenah, Davey Keskin and Jason Sides completing the top-five. Action resumes at Knoxville Raceway on Thursday with Night 2 of the 50th Annual Knoxville Nationals. MORE WORLD OF OUTLAWS NEWS
